Orience Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Orders placed before 16:00 (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times for Belgium and the Netherlands are:
- Orders over €50: Free standard shipping
- Orders under €50: €6.99 standard shipping
- Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 business day (if available)
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Currently, we only ship within Belgium and the Netherlands. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@shop-orience.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information.
