Orience Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orience. If you’re not, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

1. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and your return drops the order below the minimum threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item for the same or a different product, please contact us at info@shop-orience.com to arrange the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@shop-orience.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Samples
  • Skincare products that have been opened or used

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Check with your credit card company — it may take time to post.
