1. Returns:

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Shipping Costs:

If your original purchase qualified for free shipping based on a minimum order threshold and you return items that result in the total order amount falling below the threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Exchanges:

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@shop-orience.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including samples, skincare products that have been opened or used.

7. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:
